Aged only 21, Julia Sedefdjian became in February 2016 the youngest star chef of the french Michelin guide.
After two cooking and baking degrees, a first experience in the Aphrodite restaurant in Nice and a gold medal in the regional competition of the Best Apprentice of France, Julia joined Les Fables de La Fontaine in 2012. From the position of commis chef, she will become the second, before succeeding David Anthony as a chef, at the reopening of the restaurant in August 2015. She then has the responsibility to create the new menu. With David Bottreau, they think about giving a new breath to the restaurant, driven by a gourmet kitchen tinted with a bistronomic generosity. Offering fixed rates, without compromising on quality or creativity, making the gourmet kitchen accessible to a clientele who normally doesn’t dare to cross the door of a starred restaurant, this is the challenge raised by Les Fables de La Fontaine, new version.
