ANATRA, the modern preserver, is a young, vibrant business proudly run by Aurélie and Christophe, food lovers, aesthetes and culinary innovation enthusiasts who have joined forces to create a range of quality products.
With their collection of unusual flavours, a blend of tradition and modernity, our lovebirds set themselves the challenge of “giving our much-loved jams a new look”. Their initial idea was to produce jams based on the seasonal produce available, working with local producers using sustainable farming methods. Our jam flavours vary with the seasons and are presented in collections. We recently launched a savoury range that features the wealth of local produce from Corsica.
