Jean Hwang Carrant has been passionate about the real American cookie since childhood and began creating new recipes when she arrived in Paris on a quest for excellence.

The perfect cookie must be an appetizing golden brown colour, have just the right amount of crunch and be wonderfully soft.

A combination made complete by the use of organic ingredients carefully selected by Jean – Jugetsudo Matcha from Kyoto, Valrhona chocolate, Japanese Yuzu essential oil, Real Canadian Maple Syrup and Taiwanese Black Sesame.

Each biscuit is handmade, as one would a gem, resulting in an exquisite, mouthwatering tasting experience.
