“Give it time to do it well” is a rule that we impose on both our producers and ourselves.
For over 100 years, our company has worked with small producers who have exemplary expertise and meet Label Rouge specifications (free-range, fed with GMO free wholegrain corn,…).
With our respect for tradition and the good taste of days gone by, our products are made using the company’s family, artisan recipes with ducks from our producers. The ducks are prepared at our Pomarez premises.
The fois gras and confit will be excellent if the producer is too!
