Rosewood London – Amandine Chaignot

Rosewood London, centrally located in the heart of London on High Holborn and housed in the original headquarters of the Pearl Assurance Company, showcases a sensitive renovation of the 1914 Edwardian, Grade II-listed building. Combining English heritage with contemporary sophistication, the retained Belle Époque architectural features include the original carriageway entrance to the grand courtyard and a spectacular Pavonazzo marble staircase which rises over seven storeys. The hotel has the feel of a stylish London residence and houses 262 guestrooms and 44 suites including the Grand Manor House Wing, an exclusive six-bedroom suite with its very own postcode. Tony Chi and Associates created the interiors of the public areas including 12 event spaces and the Mirror Room, serving elegant, innovative cuisine and afternoon tea. The Martin Brudnizki-designed Holborn Dining Room, with outdoor terrace, offers British classics with a twist whilst Scarfes Bar serves creative cocktails and curries alongside live jazz and cabaret.

Ze Kitchen Galerie – Wiliam Ledeuil

In 2001, William Ledeuil opened its first Ze Kitchen Galerie restaurant, 4 rue des Grands Augustins in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, where contemporary art paintings are constantly displayed around custom furniture specially created by a designer. William Ledeuil, surrounded himself with his artist friends to think about the decor, the furniture and more generally the atmosphere of his restaurant, among them Daniel Humair, jazzman and painter.
Two places to savor products with the perfumes and flavors of Asia that allow to reinterpret traditional cuisine.
In September 2009, the same team surround William Ledeuil for the opening of a second KGB establishment for Kitchen Galerie Bis, at number 25 rue des Grands Augustins,
His restaurants are a gallery where artwork pieces are displayed. Even a simple table is in itself an artwork because thought for him by artists who punctuate his life and his desires.

La Table du 11 – Jean-Baptiste Lavergne

In 2015, he opened La Table du 11 in Versailles. Followed a series of awards such as « Tremplin Le Chef 2015 », « Jeunes talents Gault & Millau 2016 » in addition to his first Michelin star.
The Michelin-starred restaurant La Table du 11 opened in February 2015 in Saint-Louis district, near the Palace of Versailles. The human-scale dining room with an open-plan kitchen and the young and smiley team offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The brigade works on seasonal products with a short and evolutive menu, based on vegetable and simplicity.
