Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets Workshop

Visitors can get hands-on experience during cookery classes and learn tips and techniques from leading Parisian chefs, heading home with dollops of new techniques to try!

Maxime Laurenson from the restaurant Loiseau Rive Gauche and Jean-François Rouquette from the Park Hyatt will share their Michelin-star tips while Ciro Cristiano from Big Mamma will reveal secrets of Italian cuisine at its best. Rafael Gomes from Grand Coeur will be cooking up a storm with his “caliente” dish. Lucas Felzine from Uma will take visitors on a culinary journey through Japan and Peru. And the Ritz Escoffier School will teach visitors tricks of the trade of Palace hotel cuisine. Finally, there will be creativity and surprises on the menu from Privé de Dessert who will teach budding chefs how to transform a patisserie into a cooked dish!
